Steve Rousseau, of Rise Real Estate, Inc. to Host The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s

Luxury Home Designation Training

Real Estate agents from across the country to attend Huntsville session

Huntsville, Alabama will be the location of a special two-day luxury home training session offered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM), the largest training and research organization serving luxury real estate sales professionals internationally.  The training will be offered November 18th and 19th and will be hosted by Steve Rousseau of Rise Real Estate, Inc.

Realtors from around the country will travel to Huntsville to attend two-day training to be held at The University of Alabama in Huntsville-University Center. The training is the first step in earning the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. The training will be conducted by the Institute‘s founder, Laurie Moore-Moore.

The training is also good for two elective credits toward the National Association of Realtors’ Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) <and hours of Alabama continuing education credit.>

“The training focuses on working with buyers and sellers in the top 10% of the residential market,” says Institute founder Laurie Moore-Moore.  “This year’s luxury market is very different and requires new strategies and skills on the part of the real estate professional. This training focuses on what’s important for success today.”

“Our thousands of members on four continents understand the special needs of the affluent, have the special skills necessary to market unique luxury properties despite the market slowdown, and are prepared to deliver the level of service demanded,” added Moore-Moore.

The Institute’s CLHMS designation is the only designation approved as the official luxury designation for a number of U.S. and Canadian real estate brands.

The two day course includes information on luxury residential trends, demographics of the luxury buyers and seller, special competencies required to serve the affluent, and exclusive research information on how to reach and best serve the wealthy.

Local Luxury home tour are also planed for the day before and after classes.
